It will be the first new construction of a residential tower building according to passive house standards in Hamburg. The building ensemble consists of an 11 storeyed and a 5 storeyed building with hybrid use: Appartments in the tower building are completed by a kindergarden 1st to 2nd floor plus a dormitory in the 5 storeyed building. The sculpural architecture located at an access road act as a prelude for a new urban residential area.
