A piece of real estate on the waterside of the new “Hafencity” in Hamburg right next to the historical “Speicherstadt” obtains an ensemble of 8 new individual structures, resembling each other in expanse and cubature. The pictured building contains living and working in a massive brick building that rests on a transparent glass structure.
