A spacious presentable entrance hall, Alster view for all appartments and a design that could convince the jury to replace an existing clinker brick villa with a new construction were the main issues of the competition.
The design bases on the typology of “Alstervillas” and shows a building that convinced client and jury by its elegance and unusual materiality.
